My name is Breda Ryan Long and I am a highly skilled counsellor and motivator with over 21 years’ experience specialising in assisting clients of all ages and backgrounds in their quest for change.
I run highly successful motivational groups and one to ones where clients are supported, encouraged and helped back into education, the work force, and ultimately their full potential. I am extremely passionate about my work and recognise that every person has the capacity to achieve their goals. My style of counselling is client centred and I am based in Youghal. Co. Cork.

During my career I have worked in various residential treatment centres, working with adults and teenage addiction. My treatment programme consists of working with all types of addiction to include, alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex, relationships, eating disorders, internet, gaming and many more. I have extensive experience, and operate a private practice where I work with clients of all ages from children to senior citizens.
